How does the candle subscription work?

When you sign up for a candle subscription on our JAR CANDLES, you will receive in the first month the Jar you selected to start the subscription with and then a RANDOM Jar Candle designs each month afterwards until the subscription is cancelled. If you would like to make a recurring subscription for the SAME candle each month, please email us/message us so we can make sure you continue to get your desired design. The candle subscription is a great way to try out new and different designs for a reduced price each month. You can also create a subscription on our FREEFORM CANDLES which works largely the same way. You will first receive the candle in which you started the subscription on and then a new random Freeform Candle each subsequent month going forward. Please note, for Freeform Candles you will receive a random candle in the size in which you started your subscription. In other words, if you start your subscription with a medium sized candle, all following candles received will also be medium sized. The same goes for mini, small and large variations.

What are your candles made with?

We hand pour each candle with 100% beeswax. Our wicks are made from cotton that has been dipped and coated in beeswax as well. We chose beeswax as our wax of choice due to its many beneficial properties. Beeswax emits negative ions that studies have shown can help to purify the air itself. Additionally, beeswax has a higher melting point than other kinds of waxes (i.e soy, paraffin, etc.) this means beeswax candles will not only burn longer than other kinds of waxes but also that the burn itself is mostly dripless allowing them to also be considered widely as hypoallergenic. This characteristic makes beeswax candles an excellent choice for those with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory sensitivities. Beeswax also naturally has a honey scent. We offer all of our candles with an "unscented" option for those who want to reduce added elements to their burning. For this option, the natural light honey scent of the beeswax provides a wonderful aroma that is unique to beeswax. Lastly, beeswax burns brighter than other kinds of waxes due to its high melting point.

Can I order your products in bulk?

Yes! We offer select bulk pricing for many of our items and are happy to work with you to provide an order in bulk. If you would like to order in Bulk (i.e more than 5 candles at one time, or more than 10 bookmarks at one time) please email us for bulk pricing and options. Our email is jadescozyspot@gmail.com.

Do you make custom candles?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We do make custom candles in bulk for events (birthdays, weddings, Quinceeras and more!), business advertising (customer/employee appreciation, branding, etc.), and other purposes. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are able to cancel any subscription at any time. There are no fees or contracts for the subscription, it is a free cancellation whenever desired.

Can I return a product?
